If FloSports is buffering, freezing, lagging, disconnecting, or showing poor video quality, start by checking your internet connection.
Check your internet connection
For the best streaming experience, we recommend:
- A stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
- Download speeds of at least 25 Mbps. [Test your internet speed.]
If you’re using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router if possible. If your device supports Ethernet, try a wired connection.
Try another FloSports video
Play another event or video to see if the issue continues.
If other videos stream normally: The issue may be specific to the event or video you’re trying to watch.
If multiple videos are buffering or freezing: Continue with the steps below.
Try another device
Try the same event on another supported device or web browser connected to the same network.
If it streams normally on another device, troubleshoot the device you were originally using:
- Troubleshoot the FloSports App on Your TV
- Troubleshoot FloSports in a Web Browser
- Troubleshoot FloSports on Mobile
If you’re casting to your TV
If you’re using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay and experience buffering or disconnects, try watching directly through the FloSports app on a supported TV or streaming device.
Using the FloSports app directly on your device generally provides a more stable viewing experience than casting.
