Having trouble watching FloSports in a web browser? Start by making sure you’re using a recommended browser and that it’s up to date.
Check your browser first
For the most reliable viewing experience, we recommend using the latest version of:
Other browsers may work, but Chrome and Firefox provide the most reliable viewing experience.
Smart TV web browsers are not supported
Web browsers built into Smart TVs are not supported for watching FloSports. Use the FloSports app on your TV or streaming device instead.
Try another FloSports video
Before changing your browser settings, try another event or video.
If another video works: The problem may be specific to the event or video you’re trying to watch.
If no FloSports videos work: Continue with the troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshoot your browser
- Refresh the page.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Try an Incognito or Private Browsing window.
If FloSports works in an Incognito or Private Browsing window, stored browser data or an extension may be interfering with playback.
Clear your browser data
Stored browser data can sometimes cause loading and playback problems.
Follow the official instructions for your browser:
- Google Chrome: Clear cache and cookies in Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox: Clear the Firefox cache
Restart your browser and try FloSports again. You may need to sign back in after clearing your browser data.
Disable browser extensions
Ad blockers, privacy extensions, pop-up blockers, and other browser extensions may interfere with playback.
Temporarily disable your extensions, refresh FloSports, and try the video again.
If you see a black screen or the video won’t play
If FloSports loads but the video doesn’t:
- Try an Incognito or Private Browsing window.
- Clear your browser data.
- Disable browser extensions.
- Try the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If other FloSports videos play normally, the problem may be specific to the event or video you’re trying to watch.
No audio
If the video plays but you can’t hear anything, see No Audio on FloSports for troubleshooting and information about events that may not include audio.
Buffering, freezing, or poor video quality
If the stream buffers, freezes, disconnects, lags, or has poor picture quality, see Improve Streaming Quality for internet and network troubleshooting.
