Having trouble watching FloSports on your phone or tablet? For the best experience, use the FloSports app and make sure the app and your device software are up to date.

Use the FloSports app when possible

If you’re watching on an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet, we recommend using the FloSports app.

FloSports may also work in a supported mobile web browser, but the app is designed for watching on mobile devices.

Try another FloSports video

Before changing your app settings, try another event or video.

If another video works: The problem may be specific to the event or video you’re trying to watch.

If no FloSports videos work: Continue with the troubleshooting steps below.

Try these troubleshooting steps

  1. Update the FloSports app to the latest version.
  2. Check your phone or tablet for software updates.
  3. Close and reopen the FloSports app.
  4. Restart your phone or tablet.
  5. Sign back in and try FloSports again.

Clear the FloSports app cache and data

Stored app data can sometimes cause loading, playback, sign-in, or performance problems.

Android phones and tablets

Clear the FloSports app’s cache and app data through your device settings, then reopen FloSports.

Settings vary by device. Look for Apps or Applications in your device settings, select FloSports, then look for the storage, cache, or app data options.

You may need to sign back in after clearing app data.

iPhone and iPad

iPhone and iPad don’t provide the same app cache and data controls as Android.

If the problem continues, uninstall, restart the device and reinstall the FloSports app. Sign back in and try again.

If the app won’t open or keeps closing

If the FloSports app freezes, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open:

  1. Make sure the FloSports app and your device software are up to date.
  2. Clear the FloSports app cache and data on Android, or reinstall the app on iPhone or iPad.
  3. Restart your device and try FloSports again.

Try a mobile web browser

If the FloSports app still isn’t working, try watching through a supported web browser on your phone or tablet.

We recommend the latest mobile version of:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox

The FloSports app is recommended for the best mobile experience, but a supported browser can be used as an alternative if you’re having trouble with the app.

No audio

If the video plays but you can’t hear anything, see No Audio on FloSports for troubleshooting and information about events that may not include audio.

Buffering, freezing, or poor video quality

If the stream buffers, freezes, disconnects, lags, or has poor picture quality, see Improve Streaming Quality for internet and network troubleshooting.
