FloSports makes every attempt to get a game broadcast live. We have a formal process we go through before a game, including contacting the team when their equipment is not set up. In some cases, the team does not answer — even though it is their responsibility to set up well before game time.

Occasionally, we may have to cancel game broadcasts due to the team not having the equipment set up, internet issues, or facility issues. We have no control over this, however, we do a report and submit it to the team and league. We always wait until all possible solutions have been explored before canceling a game.
