Looking to cancel your FloSports PRO subscription? We’ll be sad to see you go but you can do this anytime! If you cancel your FloSports subscription, your access will discontinue at the end of your current billing cycle.

The steps to cancel your account are dependent on where you purchased your subscription.

Below you'll find instructions to cancel through:

  • Website
  • iOS App
  • Android App
  • Roku
  • Amazon Fire Stick

Website

  1. When on your preferred FloSports site, login and click on the icon in the top right corner of the page. Note that if you are on a phone or tablet, you will need to click on the dropdown arrow in the top right of your screen.
  2. Select Account from the drop down
  3. Click on Subscription on the left then click Manage
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription
    1.  Clicking Cancel my subscription will not automatically cancel. Please follow the questions the website provides to complete the cancelation process. You will receive a confirmation email, confirming the cancellation of your account. 

iOS App
If you purchased your subscription through iTunes, instructions to manage it can be found here.

Android App
1. Go to App Settings
2. Tap on Subscription & Account
3. Tap on Manage Subscription

Roku
1. Login and go to My Account
2. Scroll down and select Manage Your Subscriptions
3. Select the FloSports app and select cancel your auto-renewal then you are all set!

Once your account has been canceled successfully, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of our account.
