How to Pause Your FloSports Subscription
Need a break but don’t want to cancel your subscription entirely? No problem! With FloSports, you can pause your monthly subscription for a short period and come back when you’re ready—no need to re-subscribe or re-enter your payment info.
Who Can Pause Their Subscription?
Currently, only customers on monthly subscription plans are eligible to pause their subscription. If you’re on a yearly plan, pausing isn’t available at this time.
Note: This feature is being gradually rolled out and may not be available for all users just yet.
How Does Pausing Work?
You can choose to pause your subscription for:
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will move into a “paused” status.
What Happens When My Account is Paused?
- You won’t be billed during the pause period.
- You won’t have access to premium features or content.
- Your account status will show as "Paused" under your account settings.
- When the pause ends, your subscription will automatically resume—you’ll be billed and regain access to premium content.
No need to re-enter payment details or reactivate your account manually—it’s all automatic!
Can I Pause More Than Once?
Yes! There’s no limit to how many times you can pause your subscription. Just pick the duration that works best for you each time.
