Understanding your FloSports charge

If you see a charge from FloSports that you weren’t expecting, there are a few common reasons why it may have occurred.

Your subscription renewed

All FloSports subscriptions are set to automatically renew by default unless they’re cancelled before the renewal date.

When your subscription renews, you’ll be charged for your next billing period using your payment method on file.

If you no longer wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it at any time before your next renewal date.

You have more than one subscription

If you’ve purchased subscriptions using different email addresses or through different providers, you may see more than one charge.

To help identify your subscription, see Find the Email Address Associated With Your Subscription.

Your subscription was purchased through a third-party provider

If you subscribed through:

  • Roku
  • Samsung
  • VIZIO
  • A legacy Apple App Store subscription

Your billing is managed by that provider, and charges will follow their billing schedule.

Not sure why you were charged?
