Downloading the FloSports App
- Navigate to the App Store on your iOS device, and search for FloSports
- Once the App is downloaded, you will be prompted to either Log In (if you have already purchased a subscription), or Get Started (if you have not already purchased a subscription)
Logging In
- Enter the email address and password associated with your paid subscription
- The first time logging in will prompt you to select which sports and teams you are interested in. This will provide you with content specific to those sports/teams on your home page. You can edit these at any time.
Settings
- To navigate to your Account Settings, click ‘My Sports’ in the upper left corner, then click ‘Settings’
- Account - View your username, email address, date you became a member, and country. You can also Log Out and Delete Your Account from this page.
- Note: If you need to update your password or other information, this needs to be done via the website and not through the App.
- Subscription - View your subscription type, next payment date, and payment method
- Edit My Sports - Add/Edit Sports & Teams
- Notifications - Toggle on/off notification preferences. This will send you customized alerts for your sports and teams.
- Send Feedback - Provide feedback directly to our customer service team
- Legal - View our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
- Account - View your username, email address, date you became a member, and country. You can also Log Out and Delete Your Account from this page.
My Sports
- Clicking this allows you to filter between ‘My Sports’, or any other sports in the ‘More Sports’ section. Content on your home page will be tailored to which option you choose.
Watch
- Located in the bottom left corner, selecting this option will show you:
- Live Events - All live and upcoming events
- Replays & Highlights - Archived footage from previously streamed events
- Films, Shows, & Interviews - Original content created by FloSports
- Training - Training content from athletes & coaches within the sport
Schedule
- Located in the bottom center, selecting this option will show you both Upcoming Events and Completed Events. You can select ‘See All’ for each of these options to see a complete list.
News
- Located in the bottom right corner, selecting this option will show you articles relating to the sports you have selected. Rankings & Standings will also appear in this section.
Search
- Located in the upper right corner, you can search videos, articles, events, and more
Casting
- Located in the upper right corner, you can cast to your SmartTV. More information on casting can be found in the Casting Article.
