Can multiple people in my household watch FloSports at the same time?
Absolutely! A FloSports account allows streaming on up to 12 devices simultaneously, as long as all devices are in the same household and connected to the same home network.
How does it work?
We use your IP address (your home’s public IP) to confirm that all users are within the same physical location. As long as all devices are on the same home network, everyone can stream their favorite sports at the same time, interruption-free!
For the best experience, make sure all devices are connected to the same network, and if you’re using a mobile device at home, ensure that mobile data is turned off.
What happens if someone outside my household tries to stream?
FloSports accounts are designed for use within a single household/location only. If someone attempts to stream from a different internet connection, access will be restricted until the active viewing session ends or the device joins the same network as the rest of your household.
What’s the best way to avoid streaming issues between locations when I’m on the go?
To ensure smooth streaming for everyone in your household, it's a good idea to log out of your account when you're not actively using it (especially if you're traveling or using a device at work). This helps prevent access issues and avoids conflicts with your home stream, so everyone can enjoy uninterrupted access to their favorite sports when they're back home.
What should I do if there’s an issue?
